Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, we are unable to cancel the order.

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item received
  • Sizing issues (exchange or store credit)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will offer:

  • Exchange for the correct size or product, or
  • Store credit for the value of the item

Refunds are issued as store credit only, except when an order is canceled before it ships.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You will be asked to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Your order number

After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit refund
  • Exchange for another item

Items Lost in Transit

All orders include tracking information.

While most shipments arrive within the estimated delivery window, international shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • International transit disruptions
  • Weather or logistical issues

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe by 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost in transit, we will offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • Store credit for the order value

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, The Next Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.

In these situations, we recommend contacting:

  • Your local postal service
  • The shipping carrier responsible for delivery

Upon request, we can provide:

  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Carrier details

Change of Mind

Returns or refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and product images before placing your order.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Refund Method

To protect against payment disputes and fraud, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only
  • Store credits can be used toward any future purchase on TheNextApparel.com
  • Store credit does not expire

The only exception is orders canceled before shipping, which may be refunded to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders that have already shipped
  • Packages in transit
  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Refused deliveries
  • Items returned without authorization

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute.

Opening a chargeback without contacting our support team first may delay resolution.

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks by providing payment processors with order confirmation, tracking details, and delivery confirmation.
