Ordered this Jacket for my 90 year old Dad. Sadly the sizing was wrong. After a few discussions with the rep. They agreed to send me the next size up. . I was disappointed that I was charged duty from it being sent VIA fed ex. USA to Canada. I check their site although they stated they were not responsible for any occurring taxes there really was no mention of duties. However they agreed to cover half. It was nice they showed some good will. Now the Jacket is absolutely beautiful and a genuine Leather as stated. Even came with a leather wallet. I would recommend this product however be very careful with sizing. The company itself seems to want to make things right, and very good with communicating this. I appreciated the person on the other end who did. Thank you!
Originally I thought The Next Apparel scammed me (they said they sent me the jacket I ordered two weeks earlier but I hadn't received it) and I wrote a nasty review. Apparently there was a shipping mistake, and I received the jacket today. It looks great, fits great and will be a terrific jacket to wear when I ride. Thanks, TNA, for making sure I got my delivery.
